Overview of color-coated steel: color-coated steel, using Hot-dip galvanizing steel as its substrates, is a composite material for rolling shutter doors. After cleaning and pretreatment, it is painted and dried to form a kind of film on its surface which is suitable for producing rolling shutter doors.
Specifications: thickness: 0.20-1.00mm
Width: within 600mm
Colors: Blue, white, ivory white, and bean green. Special colors can be customized.
Purposes: rolling shutter doors
Features: Durable, stylish, and strong wind resistance

Along with economic development, cold-rolled plate has been called a must material in modern society.

Cold-rolled products: Hot rolled and pickled steel, hard rolled coil, ordinary cold-rolled, galvanized (zinc, fingerprint-resistant, hot dip galvanized), Al-Zn galvanized, tin plating, Color coated, electrical steel (silicon sheet steel).

1、 Hot rolled and pickled steel：
Hard rolled coil: Made by means of continuous rolling to hot pickling steel at room temperature.
Product Features: For lack of annealing, it has a high hardness (more than 90 HRB) but a poor machine processing performance, only a simple and directional(less than 90 degrees and perpendicular to the direction of coiling) bending processing can be available.
Scope of application:
（1）Processed into ordinary cold rolled steel after annealing;
（2） Used for galvanized zinc processing with annealing pretreatment equipment.
（3） Used for panels without processing.
